StitchUp Platform
1. Introduction
By accessing or using the StitchUp platform and its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
StitchUp reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and use data.
2. Eligibility
By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:
- Your account has not previously been suspended or terminated by StitchUp.
- You are not a direct competitor of StitchUp and do not offer competing services or products.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- You are not in violation of any applicable laws, contracts, or subject to any legal restrictions.
3. User Commitments & Obligations
Users agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Review notifications and communications from StitchUp.
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
- Refrain from harassment, abuse, or harm toward others.
- Allow necessary data sharing between platform parties to complete services.
- Not disrupt or attempt to compromise the platform’s security or functionality.
- Not copy, distribute, or exploit platform content without written consent.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
- Provide identity verification upon request.

StitchUp reserves the right to refuse or suspend access to the platform at its sole discretion.
4. Platform Role (Intermediary Disclaimer)
StitchUp acts solely as a technology intermediary connecting users with service providers (tailors and delivery agents). StitchUp is not a party to any direct agreement between users and service providers and does not assume responsibility for the execution, quality, or outcomes of such services.
5. License Scope
StitchUp grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the platform for personal purposes only. Users may not:
- Resell, rent, or sublicense the services.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code.
- Remove or alter intellectual property notices.
- Share access credentials with third parties.
6. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Only clothing, garments, and related items are permitted for delivery.
- Delivery agents may inspect shipments to ensure compliance.
- Items valued over SAR 3,000 must be disclosed.
- StitchUp reserves the right to take action, including account suspension, for policy violations.
7. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are determined through offers submitted by service providers.
- Acceptance of an offer constitutes a binding commitment to payment.
- StitchUp may require payment before or during service fulfillment.
- Accounts may be suspended for non-payment or failure to receive deliveries.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation eligibility depends on service status and provider terms.
- Fees already incurred may be non-refundable.
- StitchUp does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated.
9. Measurement Accuracy Disclaimer
StitchUp does not guarantee the accuracy of measurements entered, shared, or reused through the platform. Responsibility for verification rests with the user and the service provider.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the platform and its content are owned by StitchUp. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless StitchUp, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Misuse of the platform
12. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. StitchUp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
13. Data Usage & Improvement
StitchUp may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve platform performance, develop new features, and enhance user experience, including future AI-based solutions.
14. Force Majeure
StitchUp shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, system outages, or governmental actions.
15. Security
Users are solely responsible for all activity under their account and must notify StitchUp immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
16. Third-Party Services
The platform may contain links to third-party services governed by separate terms and policies. StitchUp is not responsible for such services.
17. Modification or Termination of Services
StitchUp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without liability.
18. Term & Termination
- This agreement is effective indefinitely.
- Users may terminate by deleting their account.
- StitchUp may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations.
- No prior notice is required.
19. Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in its competent courts.
